Toyota and Lexus Top the Charts in Brand Loyalty on KBB

The all new 2012 ToyotaCamry, along with the new line-up of Toyota Prius models, and all of their fans at KBB.com has given Toyota their top spot on the Kelley Blue Book charts. Toyota, the Japanese automaker, is now at the Number 1 spot with respect to Customer Brand Loyalty at KBB.com.
Akshay Anand, market web analyst for KBB.com had this to say about Toyota's chart topping position, "Toyota has done a laudable job overcoming ? issues, introducing programs such as 'Toyota Care,' while getting its supply back online. The redesign of its flagship, the 2012 Toyota Camry, also helped drive interest to the brand and retain owners. All in all, there are positive trends for automakers. Traditional leaders like Toyota are leaving the problems in the past and looking toward bright futures?"1
As Toyota brings out new models including the new Camry, their brand loyalty has been jumping up and up. Toyota brand shopping loyalty had come to 50.6% during Q4 of 2011 which is a 2.7% jump up from Q3 of 2011. In addition, Toyota's own luxury make, Lexus, has also managed to top the charts with customer brand loyalty for luxury vehicles.
