Toyota Adds Solar Panels to UK Production Plant


Toyota of Bristol is proud to announce that in pursuit of becoming a leading 'green' car manufacturer Toyota is investing in solar power.  Already, an environmentally conscious company in the automobile industry Toyota plans on producing some of its vehicles with solar power.

Toyota has already begun to make room for an impressive 17,000 panel solar array on 90,000 square meters (~985, 751 square feet) of industrial land at their plant in Derbyshire, England.
