Years ago I tried to buy a truck from this dealership and I got jerked around so bad that I had a bitter taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I bought from another dealership six hours away. This year in 2017, a friend of mine recommended a salesman by the name of Jody Deskins. I will have to say, that through this great guy, Bristol earned my business. I have dealt with a lot of salesman's over the years, and Jody by far is one the best that I have dealt with. He was very honest and up front with me. He is a flat rate, volume salesman. Not one of the vultures that will pick you clean the second you arrive on the lot. If it was not for Jody, I would not have entertained purchasing from Bristol.

Been trying to get something as simple as a rain guard to be put back on my car, that fell off the day I bought the car. Made an appointment to have it fixed. had to leave work early, they didn't have the tape. Said they would call after tape came in. Never called. I called to make another appt. and double checked to make sure they had tape. Left work early again. No tape. Called the third time to have it fixed and oil change. Yes they said they have tape. Changed oil, got in the car to go home had to turn around go back because they didn't fix it. They said they wanted to order clips, said it would be better than tape. Month later, still no call. Fed up with Toyota of Bristol. As far as I'm concerned, wish I had not bought my car there

I loved buying my new Rav4 at Toyota of Bristol, great bunch of people. I wasn't felt pressured, was felt welcome, almost like family. Bill Tolbert, my salesman treated me like one of his family, very kind and courteous. Amber Epperson was very helpful when it came to ordering the extra things I wanted for my Rav4 and explaining (so I could understand) how everything in my vehicle worked. I have never purchased a vehicle anywhere where they went over the entire vehicle with you and instruct you on what everything does and how everything works. This helped a lot. Didn't discover until after the purchase that the new car I bought, out of the showroom, had been used and had nearly 3,000 miles on it. Paperwork for tags, insurance, and taxes were wrong causing delays and inconvenience. Staff never returned my calls on my complaints.
